1. Returns

Return Policy

(i) Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days. All original tags must be attached. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the defective product is received and checked.

Defective products are defined as obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, fabric tear / cut). We are unable to offer returns or refunds for any other reasons under this category.

**STRICTLY NO MONETARY REFUNDS WILL BE ENTERTAINED**

(ii) Return notice must be made NO LATER than 7 days after order has arrived at its final destination. All exchange eligibility is subject to inspection. Arrival time is based on the tracking info, MOTM will not be liable for any late collections.

(iii) All return postages are shipped at the cost of the purchaser.

(iv) MOTM recommend using registered mail or express delivery, we are not liable for ANY customs issues / tax / lost shipment.

(v) It is strictly prohibited to exchange items based on sizing issues. You may refer to our size chart for reference / contact us for more information before palcing your order.

*Size chart disclaimer – While the size chart on our website serves as a reference, actual product cutting / measurement may differ slightly. If unclear, we recommend you to try in-store during business hours / contact us for assistance.

(vi) For any refunds (if any deemed necessary), we are not liable for any currency exchange losses that may occur during refund. This is subject to bank. or your financial institution.

(vii) The following items are strictly NON-NEGOTIABLE for any return / refund under any circumstances :

Shipping fees
Personalized shirts (Eg: Shirts which have personalization options – badges, name and number, sponsors)

(viii) All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstances. We do not entertain any of such requests for any reason. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm before placing an order on our www.motmfootballshirts.com or via our Whatsapp number.

(x) Product Sling Tag / Neck size details: As different regions produce different sling tags and neck size lables, our product’s sling tags and neck size label details may differ depending on regional stocks. Rest assured, all our products are authentic from official brands / distributors.
