1. Returns

• We hope you are happy with your purchase and our service in delivering them. However if you are dissatisfied with your purchase (or any shirt from the order), you can contact us via email at info@motmfootballshirts.com with the following conditions – 

(i) Shirt must still be attached with our authenticity sling tag.

(ii) Return notice must be made NO LATER than 7 days after order has arrived at its final destination. Arrival time is based on the tracking info, MOTM will not be liable for any late collections.

(iii) All return postages are shipped at the cost of the purchaser. 

(iv) MOTM recommend using registered mail or express delivery, we are not liable for ANY customs issues / tax / lost shipment. 

(v) It’s possible to exchange for an item of the same value, as long as the new item is available on our website. We cannot reserve exchange items before your parcel reaches our warehouse, so if you are concerned about stock levels, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original purchase for a refund.

(vi) Refunds can be done via the original payment method. However, we cannot be liable for any currency exchange losses that may occur during refund. This is subject to bank. 

(vii) The following items are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE 

• Shipping fees
• Personalized shirts (Eg: Shirts which have personalization options – badges, name and number, sponsors) 

(viii) All sales are final and non-refundable. 

(ix) Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days. All original tags must be attached. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the defective product is received and checked.
